I feel so overwhelmed with daily life any advice?

Bipolar, and on medication already, and going to therapy and still don't feel better.I feel so overwhelmed with daily life any advice?
Tell your therapist you're not doing well and suggest that your meds be adjusted. It may take some time to get them right- this is very common. Most likely, you will have to adjust them for the rest of your life. Be brave. You can do it and it's worth it. Best wishes.I feel so overwhelmed with daily life any advice?
I know it sounds silly, but meditation and yoga has helped a few people I know who are bipolar. It's just a easy way to shut everything off and allow you to be still, which is something we don't have time for in our crazy hectic world. Also, what you eat matters too. I would recommend trying to cut out hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, white sugar, white flour and white rice. Organic is best but it is expensivev. Try going to shop for your fruits and vegetables from a local farmer's market too. It's cheaper, you get a better selection and you can incorporate some organic produce in your diet as well. It's actually a lot of fun because you get to try new things and eating healthy does make you feel better and allows your body to function better without all the crap they put in processed foods and our tap water. I think that would be a nice adventure for you and may get you out of the bubble the world forces us into. Oh, and hiking somewhere in nature really brings things to a good perspective in life. Good luck to you and take care!!!
Stop doing things that you don't need to or that don't bring in income. Sit at home and relax once in a while. Buy yourself nice things every week to remind yourself that you worked hard to afford something. You only live once, so there is no use stressing over everything. Have some fun. Pay off all the bills for a month and then use the extra cash to go a little crazy.
WTF IS WRONG WITH THAT JOSH GUY. No drugs!

Take some things out of your schedule, if possible. Try to hang out with people who make you laugh a lot, and who are nice and don't ignore you. And try meditating. That has helped a lot of my friends.
im the same and regularly feel overwhelmed , i have ptsd , bpd, the only thing that keeps me strong and going is my goals in life. i hope you find the right path to.
Try transcendental meditation. There should be a place nearby that will teach you. It has many reported benefits, including stress reduction. Good luck.
Pick up a drug addiction. Worked for me. =)
