The best unhelpful advice came earlier this year.


I was going through a period of major depression.


I needed somebody to talk to because I had suicidal thoughts that seemed like the best idea ever.


I tries talking to my wife, I remember starting out saying that my life sucked.


She asked,';Why don't you just kill yourself.';


I was seeing my doctor and a counselor and went to a poor excuse of a psychiatrist. He yelled at me and lied to me then he had the sheriff's department pick me up at home and take me to the hospital. This idiot doubled my antidepressant and that led me to an evening in near convulsions at an emergency room. He also wanted me to see his colleague because he thought that I should see a male counselor. He should be deported to the country where he came from.
