I feel like I'm totally unimportant and have no real power or control in life. Advice?

Is this how people decide to kill themselves? Is suicide the only real control over your life you have?I feel like I'm totally unimportant and have no real power or control in life. Advice?
You are important and unique. There is no one else like you and no one else will ever be just like you. God made you because he wants you and you have a purpose no one else can fulfill. Suicide isn't taking control. It's the most selfish act a person can perform, except, I suppose, taking others with you. Suicide ruins the lives of those who care about you and takes your contribution away from the world. How do you know what God wants you here for. Most people don't achieve their best work until they are fairly elderly.





Feelings have nothing to do with whether you actually are important or not. You just are - for being you. If you can't get out of the depressed feelings, find help. Either go to a doctor or look up some depression help sites on the internet. Just the fact that a complete stranger is taking notice of you proves that you are valued.I feel like I'm totally unimportant and have no real power or control in life. Advice?
if this is all huge cosmic accident, then NONE of it matters..... however, God is VERY real and has a VERY real purpose for your life even if YOU are unable to comprehend it for the moment....

if you serve humanity thus making God happy, you get a blessed life.


Look at ants. How nondescript they are, but they form a society and work together in order to achieve what they want. So should humans do.

I was exactly where you are 20+ years ago. I decided that since I can't handle my life for crap that I'd give God a try (not as lightly as I am saying).





So instead of killing myself, I told God that I would trust Him, and Him through His Son, Jesus Christ.





I had the ';Sinner's Prayer'; with me in case I got lost on what to say. God baptized me in His Spirit at that time.





Maybe it's your time. You'll know it when you are ready.
No, don't worry life DOES definitely get better. And besides, you are selfish if you kill yourself. You are hurting your family, and your friends. Don't do suicide, life does get better.

I'll answer this truthfully. You are unimportant unless you make yourself important.
Just try to take care of those closest to you. This is the base of life, and feeling better about yourself.
