What is the best piece of ';life advice'; you can give?

What have YOU learned in life so far that proves to be true time and time again?

(...I'm assuming there will be a strange mix of good advice and crazy advice... especially from everyone here on Y! A...)What is the best piece of ';life advice'; you can give?
what you think will happen, will happen

like if you think your gonna marry someone. (it wont necessarily happen, especially if ur an ugly bioch, but hey, im not at that stage yet)

ive got a lot more quotes if u want me to email them to you.

Keep your head up! Never let anyone tell you that you can't achieve something. This will make you stronger and wiser. Good luck :)
I have learned that you will lose those that you love along the way. Once you do that you will learn that losing the love of a bf or gf is nothing compared to losing a parent, grandparents, aunt, uncles, or cousins. Losing a friend is even worse. It is then that you will learn what real heart ache is. Cherish each and every moment you have with those you love, because you never know when they will be taken.

Another thing that I have have learned is to live by this quote at times ';Lifes a d*k, when it gets hard f*k it!'; There are other things are more important, like family and real friends. :)

Something I learned from my grandpa while he was alive is that Money isn't always everything. He always made enough to just get by and he died happy, because he was able to say that he was surrounded by ALL his family when he was alive. To some people that means more to them than money.
This, too, shall pass - the good and the bad, so your #1 priority is to learn to let go your anxieties, and get down in it already.
The only piece of life advice I can give you is to do the best you can and take each day you have and make the most of it.
Live every day to the fullest, if you see an opportunity for anything act on it, dont doubt, its better to know that you tried but it wasent ment, than to lament over never knowing what could have been.
When all else fails, try reading the directions.
Always stand up for what you believe in. If someone is treating you a way that is not favorable, say something immediately. Do not hold back. Deal with it and move on.
Live advice is follow the Bible.A scripture says this(Gods word is alive an exerts power.)an also if you live by it its as a protection for you, because you wont make as many hard mistakes in live that you will regret the rest of your live.
Cultivate detachment from one's ego driven needs.
I'm not very old (some would still considor me a ';child';), but I've learned this:

Chill. Everything's going to be okay, eventually, even if it doesn't look like it now. Put things into perspective. Your problem may seem like a really big deal, but when you compare it to things other people are dealing with, it doesn't seem so big.
be postitive and decide to be happy
first, don't take everything to the heart

crying is a good way to express happiness and sadness, its not something to be ashamed of,

Give everyone the benifit of the doubt

(even if they wronged you)

Smile at everyone in the streets (it raises peoples self esteem)

.....when stressed take a walk by yourself and just think.... simply thinking without any distractions is very relaxing..
Do what you want....but make it YOUR own decision.
never give up if you don't succeed in doing something the first time and keep trying and trying and you'll succeed!
Which brings us to our next point kids...dont...smoke...crack
Marry for money. Love will happen when you need it.
Two rules of life:

#1. Don't sweat the small stuff.

#2. Its all small stuff.
Don't take it so seriously; you'll never get out alive.
Don't be afraid to try things. Experience as many things in your life as you can. I've heard it said that people seldom regret the things they did but more often regret the things they didn't do, the missed opportunities.
If everyone does a little, One person will not have to do alot.
Be truthful.
what I learned??? let's see I learned that life is not just breathing or pumping blood or waitting to die it's something so nice live every second of your life and enjoy it

have a nice day :-)
Pay it Forward
