I second John's suggestions. If you go with those, you could also see the midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show at the Plaza theater. Or, if you would rather be in midtown, you could go to the Three Legged Cowboy located at 931 Monroe Dr.
John is definitely right. Cleremont Hotel is first class. The Cleremont Longue is a really chiq, cool place. Lots of really hot, class women there as well.
